OptiTech Solutionz is the maker of Attendance Solution and a growing portfolio of automation and management software. We were established in March 2024 to solve a persistent problem: many Human Resources teams in Liberia struggle to track employees' daily attendance accurately and to store that data safely.
Our understanding of this challenge comes from direct experience. Our team are researchers, data analysts and auditors with hands-on exposure to the personnel management systems and attendance records of a wide range of institutions, particularly in Liberia's public sector. We know how important accurate attendance tracking and streamlined HR processes are to helping institutions work efficiently and productively.
