Frederick B. Arthur

Founder & CEO

Frederick is a governance professional and public sector auditor with more than a decade of experience in internal audit, legislative research and data analytics. He heads the Audit Recommendation & Data Analytics Unit at the Internal Audit Agency of the Republic of Liberia, where he leads data-driven audit recommendation tracking, compliance monitoring and risk profiling.

He previously served as Director of Internal Audit at the National Bureau of Concessions and spent 14 years in the Legal Drafting Section of the House of Representatives. He founded OptiTech Solutionz to build practical digital systems for accountability and decision-making.

Sharon Faith Sleh

Co-Founder & CFO

Sharon is an accounting and audit consultant with experience across Liberia's public and private sectors, covering financial reporting, auditing, internal controls, budgeting and compliance. As CFO, she leads OptiTech's financial planning, reporting and budgets, giving management timely insight to guide decisions with accuracy, integrity and transparency.

She is also a Senior Auditor at the Internal Audit Agency of the Republic of Liberia, where she reviews internal controls and compliance to strengthen public sector accountability. Sharon is a Level 3 Chartered Accountant candidate with ICA Ghana and holds a Master's in Accounting and Finance from Heritage Christian University, Ghana. Outside work, she is a social development activist involved in cross-cultural service initiatives.

James N. Geayon Jr

Co-Founder & COO

James is a finance and analytics professional who combines training in accounting and corporate finance with practical data engineering. He focuses on turning manual, spreadsheet-based processes into structured databases, dashboards and web applications that support institutional decision-making.

At OptiTech, he leads the design and delivery of custom automation tools for audit, finance and operations. He is also a Data Analyst and Audit Implementation Officer with the Internal Audit Agency and a President's Young Professionals Fellow. James holds a BSc in Management Information Systems and is pursuing a BSc in Applied Business Management at BYU-Idaho.
